Next Step Estates offers personalised services tailored to your individual requirements. We would love to chat with you so that we can create a package that best suits you. As a starter for ten, below are our different levels of involvement and associated fees.

TENANT FINDING
6% Inc VAT (5% + VAT)		 RENT COLLECTION
9.6% Inc VAT (8% + VAT)		 FULL MANAGEMENT FROM
12.6% Inc VAT (10.5% + VAT)
Tenant Finding Fee will Apply: £360 inc VAT
  • Collect and manage tenancy deposit
  • Collect initial month’s rent
  • Arrange relevant property checks such as gas safe or inventory
  • Complete check in
  • Provide tenant and landlord details for ongoing maintenance
  • Advise tenant of landlord’s bank details
  • Conduct Right To Rent Check
  • Collect and manage tenancy deposit
  • Collect initial month’s rent
  • Arrange relevant property checks such as gas safe or inventory
  • Complete check in
  • Provide tenant and landlord details for ongoing maintenance
  • Collect and pay ongoing rent
  • Chase outstanding rent
  • Conduct Right To Rent Check
  • Collect and manage tenancy deposit
  • Collect initial month’s rent
  • Arrange relevant property checks such as gas safe or inventory
  • Complete check in
  • Provide tenant and landlord details for ongoing maintenance
  • Collect and pay ongoing rent
  • Chase outstanding rent
  • Provide key holding service
  • Conduct interim inspections
  • Arrange quotes for maintenance
  • Arrange annual gas check
  • Conduct Right To Rent Check
ADDITIONAL FEES AND CHARGES
Property Inventory Fee – dependant on size of property and if furnished or unfurnished
Maintenance Works – dependent on work required
Gas Safe Check – £84 + VAT
PAT Test – dependant on number of electrical items
Court Attendance – £42 per hour incl VAT
